We don’t waste money on expensive office space or someone to answer the phone for us. If you ring us, no matter what time of the day or night (though we don’t relish late night or Sunday morning calls!) you will get straight through to someone who can speak with authority and make decisions with the minimum of fuss. Our contact numbers consist of one landline (occasionally diverted to another landline, probably in Spain) and a mobile. Don’t worry, wherever we are, we can speak to you at length and usually give you a quotation over the telephone.
If you prefer to email, thanks to Blackberry and I-phone we can pick up your email wherever we are, whatever we’re doing, and respond immediately.
